Advent Calendar Release

Managed the release of a holiday advent calendar that was so popular, it sold out three years in a row! In 2022, the product grossed over $6M in revenue and saw a whopping 22% of repeat purchasers year over year. As the project manager, I led the marketing strategy.

2022, Q4 Influencer Campaign

Strategy, Creative, Communication, Negotiations 

Leveraged the power of social media, by creating a highly successful influencer campaign for our products. From start to finish, I managed the entire process:

As a result, we saw a substantial increase in holiday sales and brand exposure, reaching over 10 million viewers across Instagram and TikTok.

Company Rebrand

Strategy, Execution, Management

Owned the company rebrand initiative, by collaborated with our creative team and an external agency to develop a fresh and compelling new look for our direct-to-consumer business. The project was critical to our success after shifting our focus in 2020.

Managed the budget and timeline, ensuring that the rebrand was completed on schedule. The outcome was a vibrant new brand that resonated with our customers and helped us secure new B2B deals, increase sales, and expand our retail presence.

Seasonal Product Releases

Managed seasonal campaigns for our products, overseeing the production and deployment of creative assets across multiple channels. 

  • Planned and executed seasonal campaigns for summer rosé releases and winter red wines

  • Balanced customer expectations with budget constraints and communication needs

  • Ensured that our campaigns reached the right audience at the right time

  • Achieved consistent success with each new product launch

Thanks to this approach, our seasonal products performed exceptionally well, and we were able to maintain a strong customer base year-round.
